Have you seen the SEASIDE Workshop on the Go? While many in the scrapbooking world are promoting back to school themes, I'm still hooked on SEASIDE because it's still August and it's still hot out and it's still beach weather!

Just Lollydoodle-ing Around

What's the best way to spend a summer evening? Lollydoodling around! Tuesday night is my night to "Lollydoodle" with Close To My Heart and last week, I made this gorgeous layout with the Lollydoodle Workshop on the Go

What fabulous and fun papers to work with!

This is my work table. I work while my boys take Karate lessons at our church. I usually get two hours of paper crafting time!

Here's an up-close picture of a few embellishments in the kit.

More detail.....gorgeous!

The stamping was fun!

The colors and design are beautiful!

Jubilee! Workshop on the Go

Close To My Heart's Workshops on the Go really are a thing I use on the go. Every Tuesday evening, while my boys are in their 2-hour Tai Chaun Do class, I have free time to scrapbook and paper craft! This is such a win/win situation. Their classes are at our church, so I'm in the building and can easily set up and get started on a project quickly. The Workshops on the Go are the perfect take-along project!

Yesterday, I worked on the Jubilee Workshop on the Go. What a fun project! I used some pictures from last summer when my boys were learning meteorology and had set up shop to watch and analyze a strong thunderstorm that had tornado warnings.

Enjoy browsing through the details of my layouts, reading the brief descriptions below each picture:

This (above) was my first layout. I love how the Jubilee papers add character and depth to the story I wanted to tell with these pictures. The colors are perfect and the country feel of the papers goes very well with my theme.

I stamped the images on Colonial White card stock, then cut them out. Mounted in a cluster, they add charm to the layout in no time.

I did some stamping right onto the Kraft Cardstock for a rustic look.

This bonus one-page layout captured my son setting up his gear for the weather watch.

I'll do my journaling later, but you can see my journaling strips ready to go. I use my own handwriting for journaling on most of my layouts and this one will be no exception.

The Jubilee Workshop on the Go has these pre-printed papers that make a layout quick and easy!

You can find this Workshop on the Go in our current Idea Book, along with all the accessories you'll need to make your own memories shine!
