The picture here is one of my youngest son digging in the yard with my oldest grandson. I can't wait to create a layout showcasing their adventures with a metal detector! Can you imagine two boys, a metal detector and 14 acres of ground to cover? Even though it was 93 degrees outside, these boys didn't seem to care as they dug up their treasures and studied them up close, as this photo shows. Notice the shade in the foreground....yep, I stayed in the shade to take my pics!

Pocket Card

A friend sent this Double Pocket Card tutorial to me today and I loved the idea so headed straight to my craft room to make my own. This is my first try and I'm very happy with the results:

I used some card stock I had in my stash, a few cuts with the Cricut Artiste Cartridge, added a little stamping and some ribbon along with some paper trimmings. This was so much fun!

Don't forget - all paper packs in the current Idea Book are being discontinued as of July 31!

A Little Skylark on the Go

Last night, during my usual Tuesday evening scrapbooking time, I created 2 complete layouts using the Skylark Workshop on the Go. I had a great time putting it all together! Skylark is only available through July 31, then it will be retired, so get it while you can!
