What Can You Emboss?

I've been having some fun today with Close to My Heart's new Embossing Folders! We are spending this holiday at home, not forgetting those who fought for our freedom to enjoy at day at home. Because there's no school at our house today, I've had some time to craft in between baking (home made hamburger rolls) and cooking (deviled eggs) and cleaning up after myself.
